"Shortcuts don't save time-they steal futures"
Safety Is Designed In, Lived Daily, and Owned by Everyone
Everyone deserves to go home whole, every day. Safety isn't about rules- it's about lives, families and futures.
About Me
Safety It's in Your Hands
Safety It's in Your Hands
Safety It's in Your Hands
One day while attempting to clean out a machine (Drywall Shredder) while it was running instead of using LOTO I was caught and was being pulled into the machine. Now my mission is to bring Safety Awareness to the workplace by sharing my story about the mistakes made that January morning and how losing both arms above the elbow has changed the way I live and feel about life. Through personal stories, humor and real- life situations I can make sure Management and Employees will remember the "WHY" behind SAFE WORK PROCEDURES.
Keynotes and Take Aways

Safety It's in Your Hands
My keynote presentations deliver a powerful, unforgettable message about the real consequences of unsafe decisions-and the responsibility every worker and leader carries.
TAKE AWAYS
A renewed sense of personal responsibility for Safety.
A deeper understanding of how shortcuts became tragedies.
Motivation to speak up, slow down, and look out for one another.
A human connection to Safety that policies alone can't create.
